Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with Deviera. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your subscription. Please read it carefully before purchasing a plan.

2. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to Pro features. No payment is required during the trial period. We encourage you to evaluate the product thoroughly before subscribing so that you can make an informed purchase decision.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

If you are on a monthly billing cycle, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your most recent charge. Refund requests made after 7 days of the charge date will not be eligible.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

If you are on an annual billing cycle, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial charge or annual renewal charge. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing period.

3.3 Team Plans

Team plan refunds follow the same schedule as above (7 days for monthly, 30 days for annual). Partial refunds for mid-cycle seat reductions are not provided; seat changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Requests made outside the eligible refund window described above
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial months or unused days remaining in a billing period (except within the refund window)
  • Charges resulting from failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Enterprise plan payments, which are governed by a separate agreement

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page within the applicable refund window. Include the following information in your request:

  • The email address associated with your Deviera account
  • The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within the eligible refund window and also wish to receive a refund, you must submit a refund request as described in Section 5.

After cancellation, your account will remain active with its current plan features until the end of the paid billing period.

7. Exceptions and Goodwill Credits

We evaluate all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. In exceptional circumstances — such as a prolonged service outage that materially impacted your use of Deviera — we may issue a refund or account credit outside of the standard policy at our sole discretion.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
